Purchasing Ad

Space

When your business purchases ad space in the Heart of the Valley Children’s Choir annual program, everyone wins - our singers and your business. Every year over 1000 copies of the annual HVCC glossy, color program are distributed throughout our community, as well as domestically and internationally. Programs are printed in November and dispersed at HVCC’s three main concerts (in December, March, and June), at additional local performances (both public and private), and on domestic and international tours (including our annual tour to Portland in December). Packed with information and pictures of all our choirs, the program is designed to be a keepsake for our supporters to take home. Want to advertise in our program? Your Artwork

Artwork for your ad is due by the beginning of November and may be submitted in two ways:

A digital ad in PDF, JPEG, or PSD format may be emailed to: hvccpublications@gmail.com. The signed contract and payment for your ad should be given to the HVCC singer who contacts you.
A hard copy format may be given to the same singer with the signed contract and payment or mailed to our office at P.O. Box 2730, Corvallis, OR 97339. This will be scanned to create a digital image, which we will use for your ad.

Please fill out the contract and return it to the HVCC singer who contacted you or mail it to our office at P.O. Box 2730, Corvallis, OR 97339. Please make check payable to Heart of the Valley Children’s Choir and attach it to the contract.
